Our initiative desires to help you live fully into who you are as an Asian American pastoral leader. What We Offer
Learning Cohorts
The work of pastoral ministry is complex. These cohorts offer learning opportunities for Asian American pastors to develop as leaders, providing the capacities and competencies to think theologically about pressing issues in their respective Asian American congregations.
Spiritual Direction Groups
Pastors need safe places to be human. These small, facilitated groups hold space for Asian American pastors to share honestly about life and ministry in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Renewal Retreats
Pastors deserve time to rest and enjoy themselves. These retreats open up space to be renewed and revitalized in body and spirit, and connect with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. An actual retreat.
