Christy Chia, MDiv

Christy is a PhD in Intercultural Studies student at Fuller Seminary researching at the intersection of Asian American Studies and lived theology. She is passionate about helping the Asian American Church understand and live out their faith holistically. Her PhD dissertation investigates San Francisco Chinese American Evangelical churches’ responses to racism during the COVID-19 Pandemic (2020-2023) to propose a Chinese American Evangelical theology of race and to assess what resources are needed.
