Yulee Lee, PhD

Dr. Yulee Lee is the founding CEO of Khora Collective, a spacious place where Asian Americans can become leaders who use their power for the good of the whole kingdom. She is a Senior Fellow at the Asian American Center at Fuller Seminary. Dr. Lee operates at the intersection of enterprise and impact, wearing two primary hats: Chief Operating Officer in the for-profit small business arena and Chief Executive Officer in the nonprofit sector. In the small business space, she drives operational excellence, scalability, and performance optimization; in the nonprofit sphere, she sets strategic vision, stewards mission execution, and cultivates sustainable growth. Across both roles, she specializes in leadership—developing high-capacity teams, architecting resilient organizations, and aligning strategy with measurable results.

She is the author of Leading Change While Loving People and the forthcoming book Unmasking Toxic Leadership: How to Recognize, Resist, and Recover From Harmful Workplace Power Dynamics, slated for release by InterVarsity Press in the spring of 2027.
